Living room has one large couch, one love seat, TV (DVD/Cable), Berber carpet, with eat in dining area (wrought iron table with glass top). Sliding Glass door opens to the screened porch with fantastic waterfront view of Perdido Bay Bridge, Pensacola and Perdido Key. The kitchen is off the living room with tile floors, a refrigerator/freezer with water and icemaker. Oven with glass top range plus microwave above. Stainless double sink and dishwasher. Propane gas grill for use is outside of screened porch on north side of house. Horse shoes, Croquet set, floats, children's beach toys etc. available. Kayak available for guests.
